Office Operations & HR Manager Opportunity

We are looking for a talented office & HR manager with a diverse skill set and an uplifting positive attitude. You can contribute in human resources, benefits, recruiting great employees, hiring & on boarding, coordinating our 3rd party IT support, and creating an impactful first impression for clients. This role will work closely with and be mentored by an owner of the firm who is thoughtful, kind, and very familiar with the job.

This position is versatile and never boring!

Requirements

  • Passion for office management, human resources, and employee benefits
  • Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail; skilled at great first impressions.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • IT savviness to coordinate effectively with our IT support vendor
  • Self-driven, organized, and passionate about continually tinkering to make the overall process and experience better for all employees.
  • HR Certifications are a plus!

Location

Estes Builders has offices in Poulsbo and Sequim. This position will travel between both locations and will be based in Poulsbo.
