This position will act as receptionist for the Spiritual Care Department by assisting Chaplains with administrative tasks, scheduling meetings and performing general office duties. Applicants should have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, ability to learn departmental software applications and be proficient in data entry and written and verbal communications.
Due to the nature of this position, a background check is required prior to an offer of employment.

Limited term employees, are not civil service classified positions, do not have any rights to permanent civil service classified positions and do not lead to permanent status.
An applicant for limited term employment must be a Wisconsin resident at the time of hire.
Minimally-qualified applicants will have experience:
Providing administrative support (e.g., proofreading, relaying information, compiling and preparing information, collecting data, organizing and prioritizing, etc.); and
Performing data entry; and
Using computer applications (e.g., maintaining databases and/or word processing templates, preparing and transmitting electronic correspondence, etc.); and
With professional communication.
Well-qualified applicants will also have experience:
Scheduling meetings (e.g., preparing meeting minutes and agendas) Familiar with procurement procedure (e.g. purchasing supplies, processing payments/invoices).
