We are a full scope, multi-doctor optometric practice serving pediatric to geriatric patients with a focus on primary care, contact lenses, dry eye therapy, medical management, behavioral/developmental optometry, vision therapy and holistic care.

Our Office Manager has the best of all traits, from exceptional customer service to being our specialist in all things’ eyewear fashion and optical function.

Your career includes:

• Managing, training, and mentoring our team of 6 opticians and optometric technicians ensuring they are offered all their options from glasses, contacts to enhancements for their daily lives.
• Engage and create unique, personalized experiences with each patient.
• Occasional fitting and dispensing eyewear and contact lenses.
• Familiarity with insurances and billing

Eye care experience is required, Opticians, optical sales associates, seasoned managers, this is your career, and includes a full-time schedule with excellent compensation and incentives!

Pay: $80,000++ estimated and open to consideration of your skills, plus incentives loving supporting team and great physicians – is priceless

Your skills! We encourage and support continuing education and certifications in the field. Join us with strong management skills and few of your own certifications including Licensed as an Optician in Connecticut, and/or Certified Ophthalmic Executive or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in experience.
