Office Manager

Just Desserts, Indianapolis is a premier wholesale commercial baking company serving the Indianapolis and surrounding area for over 37 years.

We have an immediate need for an Office Manager with strong math skills and some general accounting skill. The Office Manager will also have excellent customer service and administrative skills.

We have partnered with Wolfe and Associates to assist us in filling this full time position.

We are looking for a candidate that can relate to and is looking for a company where there is an atmosphere of cooperation and stability. We need a true team player with a whatever it takes and then some attitude.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Complete oversight of the administrative functions
• Take orders, process credit card payments
• Place orders by email, web portal and Amazon purchases.
• Assign invoices using Julian lot numbers
• Print recipes, create traceability labels for incoming deliveries
• Enter daily finished goods inventory into Quickbooks.
• Schedule deliveries
• Enter recipes and incoming stock to traceability spreadsheets in Excel.
• Provide sales support to owner.

Qualifications:

• Degree in accounting or related program preferred but not required if sufficient experience. 
• 5 years of previous administrative experience
• Intermediate Quick Books experience.
• High degree of computer literacy using Microsoft Office products such as Excel spreadsheet, Outlook and Word.  
• Microsoft 365 experience.
• Strong organizational skills 

Compensation:

$22.00 - 24.00 hourly commensurate with experience.IND123
