Roles & Responsibilities:
Coordinate activities of clerical personnel in the dealership
Prepare daily bank deposit and daily cash reports
Setup fixed asset and prepaid asset accounts
Assist with Morrie's Automotive Group's standardization of dealership accounting and accounting processes
Ensure timely completion of all financial statements, monthly work papers and reports, and resolve any issues
Finalize deals
Maintain internal controls to insure compliance with company policies and to safeguard the dealership's assets
Ensure that the accounting records are maintained in an orderly, current and accurate condition at all times

What You Offer:
A degree in Accounting or related field
Automotive dealership experience
Strong attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
CDK experience is preferred
A high degree of professionalism
The ability to deal sensitively with confidential material
Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills
The ability to communicate with various levels of management
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
