We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Practice Manager with a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) title to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities: Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and financial performance.

Leadership: Provide guidance to veterinary staff, including veterinarians, technicians, and support staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Client Relations: Ensure exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and complaints promptly and effectively.

Compliance: Implement and maintain protocols to ensure regulatory compliance and promote safety for patients, clients, and staff. Veterinary Support: Assist with medical procedures and provide support to veterinarians and technicians as needed.

Training: Contribute to staff training and development programs to enhance team performance and individual growth. Qualifications: Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) title. Proven experience in a veterinary practice management role.

Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to implement and maintain protocols and procedures.
