Office Assistant Duties:
Supervise and train office assistants, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality customer service
Develop and implement office policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity
Manage scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage and patient care
Oversee the maintenance of electronic medical records and patient charts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
Coordinate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to streamline processes and resolve issues
Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies and equipment
Prepare reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
Handle escalated patient inquiries and complaints, striving for satisfactory resolution
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and other healthcare standards
Office Duties Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of two years of experience in a medical front office role, with supervisory experience preferred
Exceptional leadership and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with medical software preferred
Flexible availability with a willingness to adapt to changing schedules
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
A collaborative team player with a positive and energetic attitude focused on delivering outstanding customer service
