We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Location: Roseville, CA Pay Rate: $25.00-30.00 per hour Responsibilities:

Oversee administrative functions, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping. Supervise, mentor, and train office staff, ensuring they meet performance goals and deadlines. Monitor and manage the office budget, including vendor contracts, purchasing, and tracking office expenses.

Act as the primary point of contact between departments, clients, and vendors, ensuring clear and efficient communication. Be the primary HR personnel onboard new employees, maintain records, payroll and employee relations. Ensure compliance with company policies and workplace safety regulations.

Plan and execute office events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics and catering. Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in office management HR and payroll experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
