The purpose of this job is to have someone that can 1) welcome and communicate witih new and existing clients, 2) email, mail and file correspondence and documents, 3) obtain information, documents and evidence from third parties, 4) draft documents (Microsoft Word), 5) keep files maintained and organized, 6) keep track of meetings, court dates and deadlines, and 7) assist the attorneys as needed.
