Job Description

We are looking for an Office Manager to perform a variety of administrative tasks. This person will support our companys senior-level managers while overseeing our team and office space. The Office Managers responsibilities include maintaining a positive and cleanly working environment, ordering supplies and maintaining budgetary needs, managing calendars, making travel arrangements, preparing expense reports, etc. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized - timely support to our customers and team members.


  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners.
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage executives calendars and set up meetings.
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Manage Office needs and order supplies as needed.
  • Format information for internal and external communication memos, emails, presentations, reports.
  • Take minutes during meetings.
  • Oversee shipping and recieving on site.
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain the office filing system.


  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to locate and utilize resources as effective business tools.
  • Microsoft Office competencies.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ability to report to our Westerville, OH office.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • PA diploma or certification not required but beneficial.
