Pay Rate: $19.23 per hour

Shift: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

As the Office Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the office, providing essential support to the sales and service departments while managing office staff. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and ideally, prior experience in an automotive or trucking environment.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure efficient daily functioning of office systems.

• Provide guidance and support to administrative personnel.

• Address inquiries and maintain high standards of customer service.

• Handle accounts receivable/payable and assist with financial reporting.

• Assist with administrative tasks to facilitate their operations.

• Monitor and manage office inventory levels.

• Ensure adherence to regulations and prepare necessary reports.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an office manager, preferably within the automotive or trucking industry.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Knowledge of basic accounting principles.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment within a semi-truck dealership.
