Job Description Job Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in Midland, TX. This role is for an Office Manager and involves ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

The Office Manager will be responsible for a range of tasks including processing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. Responsibilities: • Oversee the smooth operation of the office • Ensure the office is well-stocked with necessary supplies • Handle incoming calls and greet visitors, offering hospitality as needed • Inform relevant parties of visitor arrivals • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area • Manage weekly fridge clean-outs • Process customer credit applications accurately • Maintain precise customer credit records • Resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner • Handle account reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, and billing for a small company • Conduct data entry tasks and invoice processing • Utilize Microsoft Excel & Quickbooks • Proven experience in Account Reconciliation, to ensure all financial records are accurate and in sync. • Proficiency in managing Accounts Payable (AP), including handling and recording payments to suppliers in a timely and efficient manner. • Ability to handle Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoicing customers and diligently following up for payment. • Demonstrable ability to manage Billing operations, ensuring all invoicing is accurate and timely. • Strong Data Entry skills, with an emphasis on accuracy and speed. • Experience in Invoice Processing, ensuring all invoices are correctly recorded and paid. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and financial reporting. • Familiarity with Oracle for managing business operations and data. • Experience with QuickBooks for managing financial tasks such as billing, invoice processing, and payroll.
