The Office Manager will be responsible for handling and overseeing a variety of administrative and financial tasks, including answering phones, managing client bills, and maintaining office supplies. The role involves the use of various software including Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, Concur, CRM, and Dentrix Dental Software. Responsibilities: • Efficiently manage inbound calls ensuring quality customer service • Oversee bookkeeping tasks including the management of invoices and credit card statements • Liaise with the accountant by creating and forwarding necessary worksheets through Excel • Take charge of the office administration by ensuring timely ordering and stocking of office supplies • Manage client billing system effectively, ensuring accuracy and timeliness • Utilize QuickBooks for various accounting functions • Maintain client relationships through the effective use of CRM • Leverage Dentrix Dental Software for relevant office tasks • Use Concur for managing and processing expenses • Implement ADP - Financial Services for financial management and tasks. • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is mandatory • Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is essential • Experience with Concur is required • Familiarity with About Time software is preferred • Ability to handle Accounting Functions is essential • Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) is required • Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary • Ability to manage Answering Inbound Calls is crucial
