Office Manager Business Manager, Miami Lakes, FL, US 30 days ago, Requisition ID: 1032 We are currently seeking a skilled and organized Office Manager to oversee administrative operations at our dealership.

As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the dealership's administrative office. You will be responsible for managing office staff, handling administrative tasks, and supporting various departments to facilitate the overall operation of the dealership. Responsibilities: Office Administration:

Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities. Develop and implement office policies and procedures to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. Ensure compliance with dealership policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.

Staff Management: Supervise and provide leadership to office administrative staff, including receptionists, clerical personnel, and administrative assistants. Assign tasks and responsibilities, provide training and support, and conduct performance evaluations.

Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among office staff. Customer Service: Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, both in person and over the phone.

Ensure that customers are greeted promptly and courteously, directing them to the appropriate department or personnel as needed. Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and empathy, working to resolve them in a timely manner. Assist with financial tasks such as processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and managing petty cash.

Prepare financial reports and statements as required by dealership management. Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks related to vehicle sales and financing. Data Management and Reporting:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases, including customer information, vehicle inventory, and sales transactions. Generate reports and analyze data to provide insights and support decision-making by dealership management. Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information in accordance with dealership policies and regulations.

General Support: Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including sales, service, and parts. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, arranging logistics and preparing necessary materials.
