Office Manager - Plastics Manufacturer- Base Salary to 80k/year – Odenton, MD

• Our client, a fast-growing plastics manufacturer, is looking to add an Office Manager to the team!
• The Office Administrator acts as the primary point of contact for customers. This role interacts with customers to respond to routine inquiries about products and services and manages general customer activities including invoicing shipments and collection of past due accounts receivables. In this role, the Office Administrator will communicate with customers by phone, email, or in person visits to the facility. Additionally, this role is responsible for processing accounts payable invoices and various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Display a strong customer focus across business processes.
• Communicate with customers in the most efficient and appropriate manner to enable them to access the desired products or services, or any other help they may require.
• Detailed record-keeping of inquiries, comments and complaints received from customers, as well as required actions to resolve.
• Review and process purchase orders placed by customers and invoicing daily shipments.
• Code and enter vendor invoices into accounting software.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
• At least 5+ years’ experience of office management in a manufacturing setting
• Customer service/account management experience as well as administrative experience is required

Compensation: Base salary in the 70k- 80k/ year range. They offer a complete benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, along with 100% company-paid Basic Life Insurance, 401k match, Short Term Disability and Long Term Disability.
