Seeing an Office Manager who is able to help an office setting run smoothly. The Office Manager will be working with clients as well as staff, so ideally needs to be able to professionally communicate and interact with others.

The Office Manager is a big part of the team, so this individual should be motivated, able to manage the work load, and can multi-task to make sure all assignments are completed. How you will make an impact ? Leading overall office administration ? Lead, motivate, and train a team of 5+ employees ? Excellent customer service skills with both internal and external customers ? Evaluating and improving office production ? Assisting in developing and revising office policies and procedure for improved work flow ? Assisting the Operations Manager and CEO in monitoring budget for office related items and staff

Requirements
? Bachelor?s degree (or significant experience in a management role) ? 5+ years of management experience ? Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word ?
