We are an IT Outsourcing and MSP looking for the right people to join our task force. We’re an energetic group of information technology professionals. We love to have fun, but we also know when to switch gears into focused work mode. We are focused on delighting our clients with professional, friendly IT support that actually executes!

  • Are Based In the San Francisco Bay Area – This is an on-site position and You’ll be working from our office.

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH

As our office manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our workspace. Your responsibilities will involve a variety of administrative tasks, managing correspondence, scheduling, and providing support.

  • Strong experience with coordinating and managing calendars. You’ll be working closely with our project team and clients to schedule and arrange meetings.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Company and our outsourced Accounting firm, and other vendors and partners.  You’ll be facilitating effective communication, collaboration, and coordination to support seamless operations and relationship management.
  • Booking travel arrangements for the Project Team, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and other necessary arrangements.
  • Draft and prepare sales presentations, proposals/contracts, and purchase orders with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to company policies.
  • Manage outgoing shipments by transporting packages to FedEx for timely delivery, while also overseeing the reception and organization of incoming deliveries.
  • Organize events related to employees and client appreciation, handling the procurement of items such greeting cards and catering.
  • Utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills, serving as primary point of contact when welcoming visitors and interviewees.
  • Support HR in onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Generating and compiling reports related to time/expense, sales, and inventory.
  • Additional tasks include answering phones, keeping kitchen and pantry stocked via Instacart, communicating with the property manager, watering plants, and related tasks around keeping the office well-kept and tidy.
