Job Description Job Description St. Louis Park Minnesota law firm looking to hire an Office Manager to join our team You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the firm.
This includes bookkeeping, banking, human resources, hiring and supervising employees, payroll and benefits administration. Ability to assist with marketing and web development would be a plus. Responsibilities: Bank deposits, payment and processing bills Manage records and information.
Working with vendors and contractors Provide administrative assistance to management team Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, etc.) Qualifications: Knowledge of bookkeeping and Quickbooks Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields Ability to prioritize and multi-task Strong organizational skills Deadline and detail-oriented Strong leadership qualities
