For over 50 years, Lacks Enterprises has been a privately held world leader in the automotive decorative trim business. With over 20 facilities and 2500 employees our team continues to grow! We are seeking to add a part time Office Manager to the team in our Novi, MI office. In this role you will be responsible for the following:

POSITION OVERVIEW

The part time Office Manager will provide office and administrative support to our Sales and Marketing office. This work involves a variety of clerical tasks requiring the ability to make decisions based on established policies and procedures. Work requires a high degree of accuracy and coordination.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Assists Sales and Marketing team with various reports

  • Processing orders and payments

  • Phone interaction and email correspondence with outside vendors and other staff

  • Greets visitors and vendors in reception area

  • Orders office supplies and ensures office environment is organized and well-kept

  • Schedules outside vendor service calls

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and punctual

  • Moderate computer knowledge

  • Ability to work on site Monday-Friday approximately 9:00am to 3:00pm
