Overseeing general office operation and managing office supplies and equipment. 2.
Coordinating internal and external meetings, and ensuring all business appointments and events are updated. 3. Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems. 4. Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients. 5.
Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires. 6.
Ensuring office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement. 7. Supervising office staff and delegating responsibilities to ensure operational efficiency. 8.
Handling correspondence directed to managers. 9. Creating presentations and other management-level reports. 10. Assisting in budget preparation and expense management activities.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the Office Manager position will possess the following: 1. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in office management roles, preferably within the technology industry. 3.
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment. 4. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work. 5.
