    We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Contract Office Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to bring your specialized skills to our vibrant and innovative organization. The Office Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating office operations, procedures, and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

    This role will require a high level of dedication, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Responsibilities: The Contract Office Manager will be tasked with the following duties: 1. Overseeing and supporting all administrative duties in the office and ensuring that the office is operating smoothly. 2.

    Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders as necessary. 3. Answering incoming phone calls in a polite and professional manner and routing calls as necessary. 4. Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. 5.

    Developing and maintaining a filing system, checking mail, and updating contact database and records. 6. Managing office budget. 7. Organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining office calendars. 8.

    Coordinating with IT department on all office equipment and providing in-house tech support. 9. Ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time. 10. Managing contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers. 11.

    Managing office G&A budget, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. 12.

    Monitor and order kitchen beverages, snacks, and supplies. 13. Setting up conference rooms for all client meetings.

    Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications: 1. 3 years of office management experience. 2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with office management software. 3. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. 4.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities. 6. High level of professionalism and ability to deal sensitively with confidential material. 7.

    Experience with customer service and handling a multi-line phone system. 8. Proven ability to manage and maintain schedules and calendars. 9. Experience in managing office supplies and negotiating with vendors. 10.

    Ability to provide in-house tech support and coordinate with IT team on specialized issues. 11. Proven track record of maintaining an office in tip-top shape. 12. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. 13.

    High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is a plus. 14.
