We are currently looking for an office / operations manager to assist with the day to day runnings of our office. You must be able to work on a daily basis in our Westborough office.

Who You Are- As a dynamic Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless administrative support and efficient operations across our workforce.

Your contributions will be crucial in enhancing productivity, maintaining a high level of employee satisfaction, and supporting the overall success of our business. Job Duties

  • Basic office tasks of general clerical duties to include, but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing, and keping office in running order Interact with management on a day-to-day basis, handle confidential documents and materials Coordinate shipping information from overseas, work logistics and track orders Assist with Accounts Receivable Work with sales accounts relaying information to sales team Requirements

  • Previous administrative background Accounts Receivable Experience with shipping or logistics Strong computer skills working with Microsoft office programs Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and operate with poise and professionalism in a complex, high-profile, and rapidly changing environment Interested in hearing more?
