Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Office Manager to join our team In this role, you will oversee daily office operations, help manage administrative staff, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and support the growth and success of our business. Responsibilities: Develop and implement office procedures to improve efficiency and productivity Network and build relationships with new and existing client base Customer service-oriented with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills Manage and oversee daily office operations, including staff supervision, client relations, and general administration Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans for business growth ​ Qualifications:

Previous experience in banking, financing, or other related fields Will look at bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field as a substitution for experience Familiarity with investment products and services Ability to build rapport with clients Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Certified Financial Planner (CFP) is a plus Series 65 or equivalent is a plus 3 Years of Experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant industry software Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
