Position: Office Manager

Location: West Palm Beach, FL

As an Office Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the expansion of our business. Our franchise is locally owned and operated, and we are seeking an exceptional individual to serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Office Management

• Exceptional communication skills, particularly over the phone

• Strong organizational acumen, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking

• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously

• Proficient in managing crews, calendars, and salespeople

• Possess a "Can Do" attitude to tackle challenges head-on

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain strong relationships with customers

• Oversee daily office operations

• Schedule leads for appointments for the sales team

• Support local marketing efforts as required

• Keep the office and warehouse organized and presentable

• Assist in the development, management, and delivery of local marketing tactics

• Assist with ordering and receiving products and materials

• Keep customers informed of installation progress regularly

• Strive for 5/5 star rating

Compensation:

$20-$25/hr plus bonus opportunities
