We are looking for a full-time, energetic Office/Facility Manager who is a natural self-starter with strong organizational skills to direct general office operations for our new office in San Francisco. You will be responsible for the overall office activities including visitor management, space planning and management, inventory, purchasing, vendor management, managing the snack and beverage program, mail/shipping/receiving, special event planning and execution and other facility management areas. You will also serve as a liaison to local management on facilities and security related items and issues.

Responsibilities include:

General Office Administration / Management

  • Ensure that the office runs smoothly on a daily basis by supporting all office functions in a fast-paced environment

  • Facilities day to day operations, including managing visitors, owning the facility help desk ticket system, ordering supplies and snacks, managing the conference and training rooms, coordinating on site events and lunches, and light general cleanliness of office

  • Space planning and management; keeping seating chart up to date, planning for future hires, working with local team to determine adjacencies, handle moves, adds, changes to seating assignments for individuals and teams

  • Coordinate facility/furniture aspects of employee on-boarding program

  • Ensure that janitorial services are meeting standards and report any deficiencies on a daily basis to the landlord or janitorial services provider

  • Serve as main point of contact for property management and security

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years of office/facilities experience, high growth tech start-up experience a plus

  • Utility player with a positive, can-do attitude: no job is too small, no challenge too great

  • Highly people-oriented; excellent employee relations and interpersonal skills and commitment to providing high-quality employee experience

  • High level of energy, motivation, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment and professionalism

  • Self-starter with solid organizational and planning skills
