Job Description Job Description Join Our Team as an Office Manager in Morgantown We’re excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized Office Manager to join a dynamic company in Morgantown. If you have strong communication skills and a knack for multitasking, this could be the role for you This long-term position offers a Monday through Friday schedule with a competitive salary of up to $65,000 annually , depending on experience.

Comprehensive benefits are available after permanent hire, including insurance, PTO, and holiday pay. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.

Coordinate meetings, events, and conference calls, including scheduling and preparing agendas. Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure equipment is properly serviced. Process expense reports and arrange extensive travel accommodations.

Perform invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting duties. Maintain records, files, and databases in compliance with company standards. Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training of new team members.

Develop and enforce office policies and procedures to maintain compliance and productivity. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize costs. Create tracking reports, presentations, and maintain detailed Excel spreadsheets.

Support HR functions, including employee communications and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. Perform mail merges and assist other departments with administrative needs. Troubleshoot minor IT and technology issues or coordinate with IT support as necessary.
