Office Manager - Executive Assistant Morrisville, NC Office Manager/Executive Assistant The Office Manager/Executive Assistant position is responsible for general administrative assistance for office operations of LVE. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, reception, administrative and clerical support, and supporting the executive team.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Manage sensitive matters with an elevated level of confidentiality - you will be party to information at the highest level of confidentiality Synthesize and analyze information for the Executive team and perform additional duties as assigned Administer and perform administrative and clerical functions for LVE Open mail daily and distribute accordingly Maintain office supplies and equipment Answer telephone, transfer calls, and greet visitors to the office Copy, mail and file as needed Strong computer skills and ability to learn all programs Supports Accounting, Human Resources and Operations Departments as needed Complete a variety of administrative requests including creating presentation, spreadsheets, special reports and agenda materials Special projects as assigned Qualifications: High School diploma, GED or equivalent 2 - 3 years as an Administrative Assistant, or equivalent Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a pleasant disposition Ability to handle simultaneous projects; work independently and efficiently Excellent communication, time management and interpersonal skills; positive and flexible Conduct oneself with the utmost professionalism Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly Proficiency navigating the internet and using Microsoft Office suite products, in particular Teams, Outlook, Word and Excel; familiarity with Power Point highly desirable
