Schedule: Monday

  • Friday (8:30 am

  • 5:30 pm) On-site

Location: 5340 S Quebec St #205n, Greenwood Village, CO 80111 (On-site.)

This position is a full-time position that will provide administrative support for executive leadership, as well as, instrumental in providing support to our clients and their families, in our IOP/PHP Clinic in Greenwood Village, CO.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with marketing materials and strategic planning as assigned

  • Responsible for responding to all incoming calls. This position may be responsible for providing information to families and referral sources about our services.

  • Participate in team meetings as necessary.

  • Coordinate and facilitate family and referral partner tours.

  • Handling and ordering all supplies needed for the office.

  • Handling all outgoing mail and the postage account.

  • Assist in the facilitation of program events.

  • Facilitate with admissions processes.

  • Coordinate and distribute student and family outcome data.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Well organized and detail oriented

  • Committed to accurate and timely completion of work

  • Skilled with Microsoft Office suites or tech savvy.

  • Ability to quickly learn new computer programs and internet applications.

  • Ability to develop efficient processes.

  • Ability to prioritize work and follow tasks through to completion.

Education and Experience:

The Executive Assistant should have previous administrative, receptionist or office management experience in health care agency or related field. A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.

Experience as a project coordinator is a plus!
