POSITION: Office Manager
LOCATION: Radium Springs Middle School
Diploma in Business Office Technology or equivalent.
Two years of clerical experience in a school office or related setting.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Experience in Microsoft Access, Excel, Google and Word.
Two years of practical experience in bookkeeping and/or accounting.
Experience in working with sensitive information regarding students; able to perform duties maintaining confidentiality along with professional demeanor when interacting with clients.
Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate.
Greet and interact effectively with the general public, staff members, students, teachers, parents and administrators, using tact and good judgment.
Provide secretarial and clerical support for building administrator (s).
Respond to telephone calls, routes calls and takes messages.
Enroll new students; prepare cumulative folders and request records for new students.
Enter student information on students transferring from within and outside of the school system.
Monitor and replenish inventory of supplies.
Prepare purchase orders.
Assist teachers in preparing instructional materials.
Perform other duties as assigned.
REPORTS TO: Principal
SALARY RANGE: Semi-Monthly -210 days. Grade 38 - $12.12 to $13.65/hour
