Office Manager

Job Description Summary

Responsible for managing local office support operations for commercial services within a specified market. This role will ensure that administrative and operational functions are provided to local offices in an efficient and effective manner. The Office Manager will provide management oversight for Office Coordinators in their own office. They will work closely with the Director of Market Operations, Managing Principal and fee-earner(s) within the market to provide support and implement strategic initiatives.

Job Description

  • Key responsibilities

Manage Daily Office Operations:

  • Oversee Annual Strategic Planning and Budgeting

  • Pipeline Management, Revenue Reporting and Forecasting

  • Track Listings and Deal-Related Expenses

  • Oversee and manage purchasing and maintenance of office related items

  • Coordinate Events and Conferences both internal and external

  • Misc Office Administrative Duties

  • Oversee, Manage and reconcile Office and Broker Expenses

  • Recruiting/Hiring/On-boarding Staff

  • Provide backup support to Marketing Coordinator and Administrative Assistants, as needed

  • Additional Job Description

  • Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 5+ years of administrative support experience

  • 3+ years of management experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Knowledge of finance planning

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Professional demeanor and appearance with ability to handle confidential/sensitive information with discretion

  • Ability to prioritize and demonstrate excellent time management

  • Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service

  • Ability to effectively work with vendors, employees and management to ensure the smooth operation of the administrative functions of the office

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
