Shift may also be 5 -8 hour shifts, Monday-Friday. (seasonal) Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance position and pay dependent Must Be:

Able to provide outstanding customer service to all clients & vendors Energetic and driven Motivated self-starter Organized & detail-oriented Fast learner Able to adapt in constantly changing environment Dependable Able to handle a multitude of tasks at one time Able to prioritize tasks and problem-solve You Must Have: Construction Office or Property Management Office Experience (3 years) Quickbooks Online Experience Excellent communication (written and oral) skills Proficient computer and technology skills Ability to communicate clearly and effectively Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc Reliable Transportation Responsibilities Include but not limited to: Handle customer inquiries and complaints- You are the first face and first voice and must be welcoming, inviting and professional Provide information about the products and services Document and update customer records based on interactions Answering Multi-Line Phones Setting Appointments-Job scheduling Stay on top of email and phone communication Data Entry/Record-Keeping/Filing Meet Deadlines and Expectations Ordering Supplies & materials for jobs Dealing with sub-contractors Performing General Office Duties Accounts Receivable A/R Quickbooks Online Other duties as assigned Additional Experience a bonus but not required Updating Website (template), Advertising, Social Media Must be able to pass a background check and drug test As a side note:

You MUST be able to handle high volume and be able to multi-task quickly, efficiently and effectively. You have to be able to think on your feet and have good "common sense" and be a quick learner.
