Office Administrator

The Office Administrator is responsible for several duties pertaining to the daily operational functions at the Club and providing assistance to the senior staff at the Club. Responsibilities to include: Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, and HR Clerical duties.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all duties pertaining to the daily revenue reconciliation and cash deposit activity

  • Process bi-weekly payroll from entry to closing

  • Responsible for monitoring commission and bonus payouts

  • Responsible for vendor reconciliations, bad debt calls and collections

  • Perform System access maintenance and monitoring

  • Print and distribute weekly/periodic financial packets and/or Club reports to General Manger and Department Heads

  • Review Membership applications for completeness and assurance with program/legal requirements

  • Miscellaneous office manager responsibilities (Supply orders, system maintenance, etc)

  • Assist Department. Heads with Payroll/Benefit processing and questions

Job Requirements

  • Must have Bookkeeping/Accounting knowledge experience

  • Ability to pass background credit check as position deals with confidential information

  • High School Degree or equivalent, required

  • 2+ years previous accounting experience, required

  • Previous Club/Hospitality experience is preferred

These architectures form the backbone of the Interact Offering in the Office, Industry, Healthcare and Education sub-segments.</p><p>What you'll do</p><p>You will be part of a dynamic Global Product Management team that drives the development of the key Architectures for the Connected lighting solutions, where your responsibility will be to form the linking pin to the North American Market, driving the local requirements and driving the market activation of the resulting system releases. You will:</p><ul><li><p>Define the business requirements and system specifications and drive the development of Architectures for the O&amp;I segment in NA. Own the R&amp;D budget for NA: define priorities, drive developments. Fully own the NA code requirements and translate these to the system requirements for the R&amp;D team.</p></li><li><p>Own the growth plan, strategy, and sales of O&amp;I in all channels in North America .</p></li><li><p>Manage your portfolio on all aspects to support the offer: Specifications, Technical documentation, Pricing, Cost roadmap, Lifecycle management. Plan, announce and manage releases to the NA markets.</p></li><li><p>Develop and adapt the training program for the Key architectures and deliver this training to the key identified stakeholders. Align Marcom plans with End User Marketers and local marcom team to drive preference towards the system solutions.</p></li><li><p>Drive the engagement with partners and develop an eco-system for critical system partners. Develop and release market specific service offerings. Work closely together with regional luminaire team on the connected offer and positioning</p></li></ul><p>Your qualifications</p><ul><li><p>Bachelors degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline along with a customer centric mindset and a minimum of 7 years of Product Management experience translating the Voice of the Customer into applications roadmap.</p></li><li><p>Minimum of 5 years of technical Product Management experience within a cloud connected system or IoT environment along with a proven track record of developing requirements to create, test, and deliver products, solutions and services on schedule &amp; budget, meeting customer and market requirements.</p></li><li><p>You have a solid understanding of the lighting business or Building Automation domain in the North American markets</p></li><li><p>You have strong communication skills and the ability to advise and influence stakeholders across all levels.</p></li><li><p>You have a solid understanding of Engineering, release, and delivery pipelines and of lifecycle management and you are able to steer the trade-off between specification and time-to-market.</p></li></ul><p>What you'll get in return…</p><p>We're committed to the continuous development of our employees, using our learning to shape the future of light and IoT applications and create a sustainable future.
