Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group is looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our Behavior Health team of mission-driven healthcare innovators. Under the supervision of the Saint Francis Behavioral Health Group Business Manager, working with considerable independence, coordinates the site location office for a broad range of business office, receptionist, clerical, and stocking duties. Works with, Business Billing staff and consulting physician's offices, multiple hospital departments and outside vendors to assure efficient operation of the psychiatry practice to maximize the level of patient care. Works with Central Intake staff to develop and maintain a level of service that meets the needs and expectations of all patients, physicians and colleagues.

Work Hours/Shift:

  • Day Shift

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Technical Familiarity: Knowledge Microsoft Suite and a comfort level learning new software

  • Exceptional Interpersonal Skills:Very strong interpersonal skills, excellent telephone and office reception manner, ability to type 50 words/minute.
  • Work Efficiency: Work with minimal supervision. Ability to organize complex systems and work cooperatively and efficiently with multiple people, departments and health care related entities. Supervise staff and manage daily workflow. Schedule staff according to department and personnel policies to ensure coverage of work area.

  • High Attention to Detail: Ensure effective triage of calls and identifies those calls that require immediate attention. Make certain patients are scheduled in office in appropriate manner. Manage active medical records and discharged records via a tracking system/log.


  • Education: Associate Degree in secretarial science or business school graduate preferred.

  • Experience: Previous administrative medical office experience required
