We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our clients growing team. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, from managing office operations to assisting with financial tasks and project support.
Key Responsibilities: Office Management: Handle day-to-day office tasks, including filing, record-keeping, and correspondence.
Financial Assistance: Assist with accounts payable, receivable, expense reports, and invoice processing. HR and Operations:
Support recruitment, onboarding, employee inquiries, and office maintenance. Project Support: Provide administrative support to project teams, including scheduling, note-taking, and presentation preparation.
Requirements: Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Will be tested on this prior to hiring.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to multitask. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
