Job Description Job Description Office Manager & Accounting Assistant Position Overview Pulse eCitation Solutions , a leader in law enforcement technology, is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a full-time Office Manager & Accounting Assistant. This hybrid role combines office management and accounting support, offering the right candidate an exciting opportunity to enhance the efficiency of office operations while also playing a key role in supporting our accounting and financial functions.

Key Responsibilities Office Management (50%) • Oversee daily office operations and needs. • Serve as the primary point of contact for all office-related inquiries, resolving issues promptly. • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office equipment, supplies, maintenance, and services. • Assist with logistics for international equipment orders, ensuring timely delivery and processing. • Manage filing, correspondence, and general administrative tasks. Accounting Assistance (50%) • Support accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments. • Manage bank deposits, bill payments, and writing checks as required. • Input new clients, vendors, and transactions into Quickbooks. • Perform bank reconciliations and assist in financial report preparation. • Assist with budget forecasting, tracking expenditures, and performing basic financial analysis. • Coordinate insurance coverage, ensuring all policies are current and up to date. • Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Qualifications • Quick to learn and able to handle a variety of tasks with efficiency and accuracy. • Strong sense of dependability, trustworthiness, and ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the role. • Experience or willingness to learn QuickBooks and other office software. • Proficient in MS Office. • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • A college degree in general business or accounting is preferred but not required. • Experience or familiarity with accounting practices is a plus.
