Accountemps is currently partnering well respected, local organization in the service industry, seeking an Office Manager to join their team on a temporary to full-time basis. This is a great opportunity for an individual who loves a fast-paced working environment where you will never be bored! The Office Manager will be responsible for processing full cycle accounts payable, receivable, collections, and aiding with payroll. Additionally, responsibilities will also include handling all incoming calls, setting up and coordinating large complex meetings, maintaining spreadsheets of account records, preparing service estimations, scheduling service technicians, and other tasks as assigned. Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
6 months to 1 year administrative, office coordination or financial experience.
Demonstrated proficiency in both written and verbal communication with the ability to edit and/or compose grammatically correct documents in a logical and organized manner.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Demonstrated ability to independently manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities and tasks while successfully meeting deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
