Teamwork skills are highly important for both positions for you will be working closely with other team leads, installers, project managers and designers, as well as the end user.

Job Description and Responsibilities

Team Lead
*Office furniture installation/lead experience of 2+ years required.

*Ability to lead a team of 2-10 members based on project size requirements
*Must execute specific tasks/duties for each team member to ensure project deadlines are met
*Attend pre-install meetings prior to project start date.

*Thoroughly inspect all products prior to loading and report any issues such as damages, missing or back ordered items etc.

*Oversee/Assist in loading, delivery, unloading, product staging, installation, jobsite cleanup and product wipe down.

*Communicate project updates with project manager, operation manager and client such as onsite progress, delays and construction or installation issues.

*Must complete daily vehicle inspections prior to leaving the warehouse.

*Responsible for ensuring all equipment and/or tools used onsite such as panel carts, dollies, ladders, lasers and power saws are inventoried and returned at the end of each workday.

*Complete end of day reports with project photos.

*Responsible for end of day vehicle refueling if needed.

  • Final walkthrough with client upon project completion

Installation Technician
*Office furniture installation experience of 1+ year is preferred but not required- training is provided.

*Ability to work with 2-10 team members based on project size requirements.

*Complete assigned tasks/duties to ensure project deadlines are met.

*Communicate any damages or issues to team lead immediately.

*Load, Deliver, Unload, Stage Product, Product Installation, Final Wipe Down
And Clean up.

*Provide project support for other team members projects.

*All team members must work together to ensure all equipment and/or tools used onsite such as panel carts, dollies, ladders, lasers and power saws are inventoried and returned at the end of each workday.
