Job Title: Office Coordinator UK
Varonis Systems is the leader in unstructured and semi-structured data governance software, which is any human generated data that is within a company's environment. We do this by allowing organizations to analyze, secure, manage, and migrate their volumes of unstructured data.
Oversee all office activities and operations to secure efficiency as well as compliance with company policy.
Manage Reception area; serving guests by greeting, welcoming and directing appropriately.
Maintain conference rooms, reception, pantry, break room and keep all common areas clean and organized.
Manage office expenses as well as monthly and yearly budgets.
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders as necessary.
Manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail and deliveries, as well as prepare and send outgoing mail (USPS/FedEx UPS etc.)
Review invoices for accuracy, track payments and credits
Maintain office condition and coordinate repairs.
initiate and oversee various projects to improve processes and office conditions.
Provide remote support for regional services offices
Proven experience of at least 3 years as an office manager, office administrator or relevant role is essential.
Previous experience with technology companies is preferred.
Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities.
Excellent organizational skills.
Assertive and reliable, with ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
