Job Title: Office Coordinator UK

Varonis Systems is the leader in unstructured and semi-structured data governance software, which is any human generated data that is within a company's environment. We do this by allowing organizations to analyze, secure, manage, and migrate their volumes of unstructured data.


  • Oversee all office activities and operations to secure efficiency as well as compliance with company policy.

  • Manage Reception area; serving guests by greeting, welcoming and directing appropriately.

  • Maintain conference rooms, reception, pantry, break room and keep all common areas clean and organized.

  • Manage office expenses as well as monthly and yearly budgets.

  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders as necessary.

  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers.

  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail and deliveries, as well as prepare and send outgoing mail (USPS/FedEx UPS etc.)

  • Review invoices for accuracy, track payments and credits

  • Maintain office condition and coordinate repairs.

  • initiate and oversee various projects to improve processes and office conditions.

  • Provide remote support for regional services offices


  • Proven experience of at least 3 years as an office manager, office administrator or relevant role is essential.

  • Previous experience with technology companies is preferred.

  • Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Assertive and reliable, with ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. * Maintain general operations and efficient running of showroom * Maintain calendar/ schedule meetings * Support sales team in administrative function as needed: including but not limited to adhoc sales report requests, copy/info requests * Prep and assist all market meetings: pre-market, appointment assistance, catering * Responsible for maintaining an organized showroom, sample closet and supplies/storage space * Manage incoming and outgoing sample requests and process * Responsible for miscellenaous tasks pertaining to Key Account maintenance * Begin to analyze, access and provide suggested direction on data and projects to team * Serve as a liaison to the home office ensuring proper communication of scheduled events, travel schedules, etc. * Maintain showroom design space to ensure the highest level of visual standards including prepping and stuffing product * Responsible for reconciliation of corporate credit card account and preparation of expense reports to ensure deadline submission to Finance EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE * High School Graduate.Associate degree in office administration, business or other related field preferred. * 1-3 years experience working in an office. Administrative support and fashion showroom experience preferred.
