NeuroRestorative is seeking an Office Coordinator to coordinate administrative support for an office or region within a state, which may include:

  • Cooordination of building maintenance, office equipment and purchasing

  • Supervise work flow of administrative staff

  • Administrative duties such as scheduling, preparing correspondence, answering telephones and filing



  • Associate's degree in related field or equivalent in knowledge and experience

  • Five years of administrative support experience required

About the Department The Office of Action Based Learning (OABL) helps Ross students develop their leadership talent through programs that connect the world of ideas to the world of practice. Action-based learning is a creative, interactive experience that integrates individual preparation, team-based projects, and classroom discussion while effectively utilizing advanced information technology. First year Ross MBA students devote themselves exclusively to Multidisciplinary Action Projects (MAP) for a semester each spring as a requirement of the MBA core curriculum. MAP exemplifies the Ross commitment to building bridges between the academic environment and the world of business practice. This collaborative process benefits our students, our faculty, and the sponsoring organizations. Purpose This position provides administrative and project coordination, as well as financial support for the Office of Action Based Learning. This person will oversee the student experience for all participants in the MAP program. Primary responsibility for this position will be coordinating MAP program events and logistical coordination of MAP meetings with faculty, staff, students and project sponsor organizations. The position will provide exceptional customer service to faculty, staff, students, alumni, and visitors. This position reports to the Associate Director, Student Affairs, Office of Action Based Learning. Program Coordination * Plan and execute all program events, conferences, workshops and meetings by managing logistics, preparing agendas, procurement of vendors, gathering materials, communicating with attendees, and attending/hosting. * Collaborate with other Ross units (Events, Catering, IT, Marketing & Communications, Kresge Library, etc.) and U-M departments who provide services and support the ABL programs. * Prepare and update program materials, communications, websites, newsletters, and presentations as necessary. Create group emails for all student teams and distribution lists for OABL to use during programs. * Coordinate evaluations to stakeholders by editing, administering, reviewing and organizing surveys. * Present feedback to program directors and recommend actions for future programming and continuous improvement. * Oversee and maintain project timelines and deadlines. Catalog project deliverables, and confidentiality status of projects. * Maintain database of current students, current and prospective project sponsor contacts. Maintain project database. * Solicit and respond to feedback regarding various aspects of the program. * Serve as the executive assistant to the managing director. * Update content on MAP team Canvas sites with oversight by Associate Director of Student Affairs. * Provide administrative support to the program including typing and editing all forms of correspondence including confidential documents. * Assist students, faculty, staff, alumni and visitors as needed; respond to and follow-up on all requests from internal and external customers; actively promote excellent customer service. * Counsel and advise students regarding program or unit policies and procedures. Financial * Assist managing director in preparing event budgets. * Ensure that program costs remain within projected budget guidelines and execute events within budget. Monitor expenses, conduct reconciliations, and prepare reports on activity costs. Required Qualifications* * Bachelor's degree and three or more years of experience with event planning and/or project management, or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Demonstrated project management, event planning and organizational skills; strong attention to detail essential. * Ability to exercise initiative as a critical member of a team and to work independently with high efficiency and productivity. * Professional demeanor and customer-service oriented manner.
