From your PASSION to ours

Responsible for providing a variety of services for the company, of which the primary purpose will be to screen and greet incoming visitors, coordination of telephone services, mail services and various administrative functions. This position is part time, in office, with a schedule of 8-1 or 830AM - 130PM.

From your EXPERTISE to ours

Key responsibilities for this position include:

  • Greet and register visitors utilizing iLobby for the facilities located at 500 Seneca Street

  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing letter and packages from US Postal services, UPS, FedEx, and 123 Delivery Services. Identify, sort and distribute these along with intercompany correspondence.

  • Provides a variety of administrative services for office staff including: Coordination of office supplies, bookings of conference rooms for meetings, distribution of service related announcements as well as bulletins and announcements for company sponsored events and activities. Ensures that all announcements and event activities are properly stored on 500 Seneca Teams site and formatted by Name/Subject Date. TV Monitors and Bulletins are compiled with necessary regulatory postings, announcements, and events are kept current and uniform manner

  • Performs functions for Human Resource Department included but not limited to: group email, weather announcements, All TV communications, property management email distribution, and communicating/distributing company personnel awards

  • Manage all invoices related to the facilities located at 500 Seneca Street, including tracking and payment confirmations. Analyze invoices and identify potential saving opportunities.

  • Basic kitchen and office management that may include but not limited to: setup/run dishwasher, coffee machine operation and general maintenance, refill supplies, water office plants, prepare workstations for visitors

  • Managing product displays and office events (i.e birthday celebrations, food tray setup, holiday decor)

  • Coordinate with other office coordinators/employee engagement managers to align the office experience across Lactalis offices in the US. This includes but is not limited to hosting monthly meetings to identify opportunities to extend the employee experience.

Requirements

Qualified applicants will contribute the following:

Education

  • High school diploma / GED required

Experience

  • One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills / Abilities

  • Should possess strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Knowledge of Word and Excel programs.

Salary Description

$22-23 Hourly
