Description of Duties/Essential Functions Under direction of the Psychiatric Hospital Program Administrator, performs specialized clerical duties, including the production of complex reports which track and provide information on all DCFS youth in care in psychiatric hospitals; distributes reports to a distribution list as identified by management; serves as unit secretary; compiles weekly and monthly reports for Department management, exercising the ability to integrate applications and prepare comprehensive reports, data tables, charts, and graphs; abstracts information and supportive data.
Minimum Requirements Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to two years of secretarial/business college or completion of high school and two years of related office experience or two years of independent business experience.
