Description of Duties/Essential Functions Benefits Supplemental Questions

Under general direction, performs paraprofessional support functions by ensuring that approximately 20,000 long-term care facility complaint surveys are processed within Federal and State deadlines and complaint inquiries are responded to in a timely manner and in accordance with established agency policy and procedures regarding confidential patient information.

Minimum Requirements:
Requires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to two years of secretarial/business college or completion of high school and two years of related office experience, OR two years of independent business experience; Requires extensive knowledge of office practices, procedures and programs; Requires extensive knowledge of composition, grammar, spelling and punctuation; Requires working knowledge of the logic of computer programs/language; Requires ability to follow oral or written instructions; Requires the ability to operate commonly used manual and automated office equipment, as well as a personal computer, and perform routine maintenance; Requires ability to type accurately at 30 wpm.
