You're the Office Coordinator we've been looking for, and you're going to join our team.
What You'll Do
As Madwell's Office Coordinator, you'll support our Directorial staff around the shop. From meeting and greeting clients and guests to monitoring resources and supplies to creating budgets for team events, you'll be helping to keep things running smoothly for a team of 20+ creatives.
Specifically, you'll be:
Providing general administrative support, including assistance with budget reports, travel arrangements, and workstation setup for new hires
Arranging conference rooms for client meetings, receiving guests, preparing refreshments and planning for any specific needs
Managing inventory for and stocking kitchen, office, and cleaning supplies
Securing office furniture and IT hardware as needed
Ensuring that the office is always clean and orderly (including acting as a point of contact for repair and cleaning services)
Helping to plan team events and develop Madwell culture, including researching event vendors & locations and preparing budgets
Performing other office support duties and responsibilities as needed
Moderate to severe case of perfectionism (you can't help but go above and beyond)
High energy, self-motivated, hands-on, and participatory with strong results
Flexible and responsive to changing priorities
Able to maintain a high level of professionalism and secure sensitive information
Strong relationship-building skills
Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
Where You've Been:
2-3 years' administrative/office management experience
