Responsibilities:

  • Leadership Support: Provide essential administrative support to HomeCare and Hospice leaders, contributing to the overall success of our team.

  • Meeting Coordination

  • Efficiently schedule and coordinate meetings, and manage agendas, minutes, and materials.
  • Task and Project Prioritization: Showcase your ability to handle multiple tasks and projects, ensuring everything is completed on time and contributing to the smooth running of our operations.

  • Vendor Management: Manage contracts with vendors, ensuring timely renewal and insurance verification.

  • Staff Support: Provide valuable administrative support to our team, serving as a resource and contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Experience in office coordination or similar roles.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.

  • Customer Service Skills: Ability to deliver outstanding customer service.

  • Team-oriented- You possess a collaborative mindset and thrive in a team-oriented environment
