Our collaborative team needs your top-notch administrative expertise, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills!

The Office Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to the following:

  • Completing registration and travel arrangements

  • Scheduling rooms

  • Processing expenses including travel reimbursement, invoice payments, etc.

  • Arranging routine technology and refreshments for meetings

  • Maintaining inventory and ordering supplies

  • Answering phones, routing callers, and taking messages

  • Greeting visitors, responding to inquiries and requests, and providing routine information

  • Contacting repair personnel as requested for copy machine, computers, printers etc.

  • Providing services and support relating to a wide variety of employee events such as United Way Campaign, health screening community and employee appreciation events

  • Serving as a member of the Employee Engagement Champions team

  • Coordinating volunteer work activities to implement employee events

  • Assisting with scheduling and communication of events

  • Performing incoming/outgoing mail and shipping duties

  • Assisting with creating communications related to events

  • Assisting with or administering the Global Preneed Intranet Page

  • Assisting with or administering LOMA enrollments and tracking

  • Assisting with or administering Health Club enrollments and tracking

  • Preparing and typing form letters, simple memos, emails, routine correspondence, etc.

Basic Qualifications

  • GED or HS diploma
  • 1 year administrative support or related experience
