Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate activities, events and/or meetings for Denali SLC staff
Represent Denali SLC to external constituencies when necessary
Partner and coordinate hiring activities for the Talent Acquisition team, including:
Maintaining a master calendar including, but not limited to candidates, hiring managers and Talent Acquisition staff.
Coordinating travel arrangements and associated logistics
Serving as a central point of contact for assessing requests and questions from candidates interviewing for roles in Denali SLC business areas, and channeling requests to other team members as appropriate.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously: Anticipate and track dates, events and associated action items; follow up with appropriate parties to ensure deadlines are met.
Denali SLC office space management, visitor management, and communication for maintenance/repairs
Maintain accurate and timely recording of work time by clocking in and out using designated timekeeping systems. Adherence to company timekeeping policies, including rules regarding overtime, meal breaks, and reporting procedures for any discrepancies.
Serve as Administrator for office access, distributing and tracking fob access
Manage correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.) by handling and distributing incoming/outgoing mail, including scanning/emailing mail to recipients when needed
Manage and order food and office supplies, including expense tracking
Track and promptly provide vendor receipts and invoices to the accounting team
Use Denali systems to effectively communicate updates and schedules (Google, Powerpoint, intranet, and more)
Partner closely with our Project Administrative Coordinator team in support of Denali leaders, employees and Company activities, including but not limited to:
Internal calendar and meeting management
Onboarding and offboarding of new employees and contractors
Initiating ways to improve quality of systems and processes
Ensure continuity between SSF and SLC offices
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of coordinator or administrative support experience strongly preferred
Strong computer skills with a demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google applications (gSheets, gDocs.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including editing and proofreading
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Ability to take initiative and ownership of projects
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality
Demonstrated ability to perform duties with a high level of professionalism, flexibility, discretion, judgment, diplomacy and tact
Ability to identify and solve problems in a timely manner, gathering and analyzing information skillfully, developing alternate solutions where appropriate
