  • We are hiring immediately for an OFFICE COFFEE SPECIALIST position.

  • Location: Tradecraft, 2400 Yorkmont Rd, Charlotte, NC 28217. Note: online applications accepted only.

  • Schedule: Full Time; Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. Work from home option on Mondays and Fridays.

  • Requirement: procurement, food service or CPG industry. Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint experience. A plus for Canva, Adobe Creative, and other digital communication tools..

  • This role is in our coffee segment of the business that will write content for internal stakeholders, present findings to C-Suite team members, and communicate with our field operations teams.

  • Salary: $50,000 per year

Job Summary

Summary: For our office coffee line of business. This role will actively support brand development projects, retail initiatives and help support our field-based operations teams. In this role, you will work closely with members of the marketing, communications & retail teams, along with our operators across the country to support strategic business initiatives, product innovation & vendor management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with supplier relationship management for specific categories

  • Monitor the effectiveness of menu & equipment suggestions and engagement provide recommendations for enhancements (Planograms)

  • Be a liaison with corporate purchasing teams

  • Content development of brand sales materials and retention/ materials for OCS operations and clients

  • Manage department presence on corporate intranet, updating and creating documentation used for field operations

  • Manage eCommerce site content

  • Identify sector and business trends including competitive intelligence data

  • Other projects & tasks, as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Two years of experience in procurement, food services, or CPG industry

  • Able to work effectively on an individual basis and as part of a team

  • Time and Project Management skills required

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Be very comfortable utilizing tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint. Bonus points for Canva, Adobe Creative, and other digital communication tools.

  • A love of coffee or the coffee industry. Our team provides amazing breaks to America's workforce through the OCS service we provide. An understanding of challenges the coffee industry is facing and how we can position our solutions to the channel will help you to be successful in this role.
