Responsibilities

We are seeking a Clinic Supervisor to join our team to assist with coordination of day-to-day clinic operations.

The Clinic Supervisor will be responsible for managing the clinic's day-to-day activities, ensuring efficient and effective operations, and providing leadership to the clinic staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality pediatric care. This role will also help staff and provide patient care duties as needed.

Qualifications

Education:

• RN/LPN/CMA with current certification/licensure required for this role.

• Business and/or health care management degree preferred.

• 2-3 yrs clinic leadership preferred.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Strong computer skills.

• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to take initiative and exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise.

• Knowledge of personnel administration and patient relation principles.

• Ability to work as a team member.

• Ability to understand and apply guidelines, policies and procedures.

• Preferred knowledge and experience with process improvement.
