The Office Clerk will ensure accurate and efficient compiling of all paperwork of outgoing orders daily for all Specialty Therapies. They will verify all required documentation is included then submit all outgoing orders prior to predetermined cut off time daily. The Office Clerk will be responsible for the accuracy of their work and ensure that performance goals are met. They will also assist with ensuring that all completed documentation is scanned/entered into correct patients' profile in a timely fashion for all specialty therapy teams in the most efficient manner. Assist in the shipping process by ensuring timely shipping of outbound next day orders as needed. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to prioritize workload. Must be extremely detailed oriented. Ensures that all HIPPA, policies/procedures and compliance requirements are met within the required role.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & TRAINING
High School diploma or equivalent
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Excellent internal and external customer service skills
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as managing files, records, and office equipment
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
Responsible for compiling all paperwork for completed orders and ensuring they are ready to pull, pack, and ship prior to cut off time
Scan completed orders into correct management systems and file orders accurately
Assist with shipping of product as needed
Detail oriented, ability to prioritize workload, multitask, and work well in a fast-paced environment
Assist with other administrative miscellaneous projects as needed
