Office Clerk - Monte Package Company - Boynton Beach, FL

Monte Package Company, a fast-growing company within the Bunzl Agriculture Group, is looking for a general Office Clerk to assist and support all departments with daily administrative activities related to branch operation.

Responsibilities:

• Answering phones and greeting customers

• Scanning documents into imaging system for electronic archival purposes

• Sorting and filing documents by type

• Provide general office support

• Writing up sales tickets

• Overseeing the warehousing responsibilities of filling orders

• Meet all productivity standards in a timely manner

• Work successfully in a fast-paced environment

• Perform daily opening and closing office procedures

• Assist office with general tasks and other projects as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience

• Previous experience with MS Office products preferred

• Must display excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy is a must

• Possess a positive attitude and must be a team player

• Ability to multi-task

• Self-motivated and works well in a team environment
